LATINA GEEK GIRL
ABOUT ME
Latina Geek GirlStefanie Contreras is a Latinx author, geek girl, one-half of the Pop Culture Junkees podcast, an officer with Geek Girl Brunch and a volunteer with WriteHive.
She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated with an M.S. in Communications from the University of Oregon and a B.S. in both Journalism and Advertising from Northern Arizona University. Growing up as an avid life-long reader and fan of sci-fi, fantasy, and YA, Stefanie published The Merry Maids trilogy on Amazon - and is now working on a new fiction series featuring Latinx superheroes. When she’s not reading or writing, she’s probably making TikToks, plotting her next comicon cosplay, or watching re-runs of Bob’s Burgers. Her favorite fandoms include WWE, Star Wars, Star Trek: TNG, X-Men, Harry Potter, Wonder Woman, and Coffee. Follow Stef @latinageekgirl on Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. |
